I. Operator
1. The operator is Kvido Bystroň, with registered office at Jarcová 241, 757 01 Jarcová, ID: 23876824. A natural person registered in the trade register. The competent authority according to § 71 paragraph 2 of the Trade Act: Municipal Office Valašské Meziříčí. Not a VAT payer. Contact: info@3dbprints.cz. Web: www.3d-bprints.com.
II. Subject and Scope of Services
1. These terms govern the contractual relationship between the provider (hereinafter the "Contractor") and the customer in the provision of custom 3D printing using FDM technology and additional services (3D modeling, NFC products, and accessories). The Contractor does not operate an e-shop or sell stock goods — all performances are exclusively of a custom nature and are governed by a contract for work according to § 2586 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
2. Services are provided to both entrepreneurs (B2B) and natural persons — consumers (B2C). Relevant consumer protection provisions apply exclusively to customers who do not act within their business activity when concluding the contract.
III. Order and Conclusion of Contract
1. The order process takes place through the inquiry form on the website or via e-mail. The customer is obliged to include in the inquiry: description of the required print, preferred material, and contact details.
2. The contract for work is concluded at the moment when the contractor confirms the order in writing (by e-mail) and the customer accepts the price quote. Until this point, the quote is non-binding. The contractor reserves the right to refuse an order without giving a reason.
IV. Price and Payment Terms
1. The price of the work is determined individually based on a calculation. The contractor is not a VAT payer — prices are final. The calculation is based on machine time, material consumption, and potentially an hourly rate for 3D modeling.
2. The contractor is entitled to request a deposit of up to 100% of the price of the work before starting production. The amount of the deposit and the due date are always stated in the order confirmation.
3. Payment is made by bank transfer based on an issued tax document. The invoice is due within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
V. Delivery of Work and Terms
1. An indicative deadline for completion of the order is stated in the order confirmation. Deadlines are non-binding unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
2. The work is handed over in person or sent by a transport service. The method of handover and transport costs are part of the order confirmation. The risk of damage passes to the customer at the moment of handing over the work.
VI. Withdrawal from Contract (Consumer)
1. Custom 3D printing is the production of custom goods according to the customer's specification. According to § 1837 letter d) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded by distance means for goods manufactured according to their requirements.
2. Production of the order will begin only after the consumer's explicit consent that they thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
VII. Rights and Obligations of the Customer
1. The customer is obliged to provide complete and correct documentation, provide truthful billing and contact information, and take over the work and pay the agreed price.
2. The customer declares that they are entitled to use all submitted documentation (3D models, graphics, logos) and that their use does not violate the rights of third parties.
VIII. Responsibility for Defects and Claims
1. The contractor is responsible for defects in the work existing at the moment of its handover. Detailed rules for claiming defects are established in a separate Claims Policy.
2. FDM Printing Characteristics: Layer visibility, dimensional tolerances, and limited water resistance are natural properties of the technology and are not a defect of the work.
IX. Intellectual Property
1. By handing over a 3D model, the customer grants a non-exclusive license for its one-time processing. The contractor does not store or further use digital documentation without the customer's consent.
2. If the contractor creates a 3D model, the contractor remains the author. Objednatel nabývá licenci k jeho užití v rozsahu sjednaném ve smlouvě.
X. Portfolio and References
1. The contractor is entitled to take a photo of the completed order and use it for their own presentation (website, social networks). Without explicit consent, identification details will not be published.
XI. Protection of Personal Data
1. The contractor processes personal data in accordance with GDPR regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. Detailed information is in the Privacy Policy.
XII. Out-of-court Consumer Dispute Resolution

XIII. Final Provisions
1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Potential disputes will be solved by the parties primarily amicably.
2. The contractor reserves the right to change these terms. The current version is always published on the website.
3. These terms become effective on July 1, 2026.
